Over the past few weeks, many have asked about our retail milk delivery. We believe in transparency.
We have restructured our retail milk operations. While customer response and satisfaction were strong, the end-to-end retail supply chain proved operationally unsustainable at scale.
Quality was never the concern — efficiency was.
Our current focus is on B2B supply and Barista Milk development. Several reputed coffee brands in Bangladesh are currently testing our milk, and our team is working to meet the higher consistency and performance standards required for barista use.
